Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store, and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking 'Add To Cart'. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to enable us to complete the order.

Your credit or debit card will be charged as you place your order.

Please note that you must be over 17 years of age to purchase a paintball marker (paintball gun).

A contract is not made with Big Dick's Paintball.com until payment has been taken. At this time the title of goods will change from Big Dick's Paintball.com to the customer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all details given by you at the time of purchase or at any time are correct and accurate.

Shipping And Handling Delivery costs are calculated by the total geometric weight of your order. This is calculated automatically and will be shown clearly in the checkout before you make payment.

Orders below 5kg will incur a £6 delivery charge. Orders weighing between 5kg and 10kg will incur a £10 delivery charge. Orders weighing more than 20kg will incur a £20 delivery charge. Orders with a delivery address north of Glasgow and to the Isle of Man will incur a delivery surcharge. This will be dependent on the total geometric weight and the location of the delivery address. Customers will be contacted either by email or telephone prior to dispatch of goods and be advised of the surcharge. Refusal to pay such charges will result in non-delivery and the card holder will be refunded the value of the goods only, and will incur any additional charges.

Although every effort is made to ensure that goods arrive in good condition, Big Dick's Paintball.com cannot be held responsible for the actions of the courier used. Any damages must be signed for 'Damaged' on the delivery receipt and claimed for in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions. Due to the fragile nature of paintballs, Big Dick's Paintball.com will be unable to make any claim on the buyers behalf for any breakages suffered. Upon placing an order you accept the risk of damage.

All international shipments will always be on the basis that any customs duties arising out of the import of the ordered goods into the recipients country will be payable by the recipient. Refusal to pay such charges will result in non-delivery and the card holder will be refunded the value of the goods only, and will incur any additional charges.

Card holder address checks can and will take place. To avoid unnecessary delay please ensure the correct address to which a card is registered to is given. Delivery to a PO Box is not possible.

Co2 or Ait/Nitrogen Tanks, as used for containing marker propellants will always be delivered non-filled (empty).

Back Orders Although every effort is made to keep our stock as up to date as possible, products may from time to time become 'Out of Stock'. This is usually due to supply and is out of our control. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy There are a number of rules concerning orders under the European Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within seven days of delivery.

To cancel you must email or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You, the consumer, are obliged to take reasonable care of the items and return them in unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. You, the consumer are obliged to return the goods at your own cost within 30 days; Big Dick's Paintball.com will not refund this cost. You, the customer are responsible for the goods until they are back in the possession of Big Dick's Paintball.com. The customer must claim for any damages caused on the return, from the courier used. If the goods are not returned in unused condition then the right to full refund is forfeited.

When returning items that are deemed to be faulty you must contact us by telephone, prior to sending the articles back and obtain instructions and authorised returns reference from Big Dick's Paintball.com. Second hand items, or items that are described as seconds, are not deemed as being faulty for the imperfections disclosed at the time of sale.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacture's instructions, misuse, or alteration or repair of the goods.

In other instances we will consider an exchange or credit note provided that the goods are returned promptly; in their original condition, with their origonal packaging and with the receipt.

At our discretion we may take goods back after the period of 7 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations. These returned goods may be subject to a 20% re stocking fee.
